Website Now Interactive for Drivers

   


 




WebTrek has made its debut at sheehymail.com!

WebTrek is the software interface - designed by Amruso, Inc. - that allows customers and drivers to access their load data via our website. (See Website Now Interactive... in What's New at Sheehy)

Drivers who log on to the Driver's Section can access their route information, or daily dispatch, for any upcoming days that have been scheduled. In addition, each driver has access to a full history of loads he has hauled in the past. This interactive site will also support communications, with ability to post both general messages to be sent to all drivers and specific messages targeted to individual drivers.

WebTrek also makes it possible for our customers - both Postal clients and Commercial customers - to schedule their own loads directly into our LoadTrek system. The customer may then monitor these loads as they progress through pick-up, delivery, and billing.

John Sheehy points out that WebTrek is not designed to replace Sheehys "personal service" that sets Sheehy apart from other carriers.

"Our Customers and Drivers who call into or who visit the office will still find responsive, professional, and helpful staff here to serve them. As impressive as it is, WebTrek will never replace our goal of providing the very best personal service

"WebTrek is an exciting addition, however, for the way in which it improves our ability to communicate with our Customers and our Drivers," claims Sheehy. "Whereas we remain committed to providing the personal service they have come to expect, Customers and Drivers will now have 24/7 access, via our website, to the information they require."
